Dr. Kid Navy Blue and Red Tartan Plaid Skirt

A sweet plaid skirt from Dr. Kid's "Study in Paris" Collection.   Navy blue, red, and hunter green tartan plaid skirt with removable shoulder straps.  Lined in a lightweight Cotton.  Pleated skirt has decorative velveteen covered buttons on the front and an elasticized waistband for a comfortable easy fit.  Ruffles trim should straps that cross over in back and fasten to the back waistband with a button.  Can be worn with or without shoulder straps.
