Beautiful!!  French blue, lt blue and soft green flowers and leaves are smocked on the front of this French blue classic dress.  Scalloped collar trimmed in French blue stitching and puff sleeves for a special look.  Cotton is a little bit heavier than Spring Cotton Poplin.
